Hi guys just wondering,
I have a black ops 2 season pass and I was just wondering whether I can license transfer the pass for my brother?

Well, if you both had the same license and the same content downloaded it should work, however it may not as a season pass is tied to ONE account only meaning in order to run the DLC ect you would need to be on the account who originally activated the pass.

Don't re-download the season pass it's self as you'll get banned however if you just re download the DLC it works without signing in on the original pass's account I done this for my mate and it works.

Yes, If you license transfer then anything on your account that you have downloaded he can have..

The big problem is people don't understand the licensing system.
EVERY account on the console you BOUGHT IT ON can use the DLC. ANY.
You shouldn't have to license transfer anything. That would be theft since you're doing it with someone other than yourself and will earn you a permanent ban.
If you use two different consoles, he needs to buy it himself. Microsoft won't take kindly to theft.
