If you can spend $10 more, the Xeport 5010 can be had for $35 shipped on Amazon or Xeport's site. The perform way better than they should for the price. There's also the Meelectronics M6, which you can get for $20 on Amazon.

Budget: $100-170 USD
Music preferences: Country. And everything else
Type/form-factor: Over ear
Open or closed: either
Listening from: For my iPad at school. Need heavy durability and somewhat mobile. I'm a little careless and break things.
Details: I just want a really good pair of headphones, they don't have to have major bass or anything. I listen to country and just enjoy the music. I need something tough and something where the headphone jack isn't screwed up within a week. I prefer something available at best buy or radio shack, my friends recommend Souls, but they remind me of beats which aren't that good. Main thing I want: Some bass, Tough, loud, and mobile.

Budget: 200$ (preferably less, but I would go more if necessary)
Music preferences: Rock, Dubstep
Type/form-factor: Over-ear
Open or closed: closed
Listening from: Iphone 5 mainly
Details: I'm a drummer. I'd like to be able to hear my drums while at the same time hearing the song enough to play along. I'd like something that I don't have to blast it all the way to hear it (I don't want to hurt my ears over time)

Under your budget by a lot, but the AKG K81. To find anything that does bass better will cost at least $100 (Not because the K81's are the best thing ever, but because the $50-80 range doesn't really exist in bassy headphones)

Maybe the Koss PRODJ100? There isn't much available at Best Buy that's both cheap and doesn't suck and doesn't have horrible mids. If you want something good you'll have to buy online.

I just sold my shure se215(Bought them used for $65 without realizing some of the earlier ones were known for having defects after using them for a while) and need an upgrade. Im looking for a pair of iem's that will be my only one. I have heard the RE272 and I think I may need a little more bass, and the ATH ck10 are too expensive. I try to pay attention to every detail in the music I listen to: Dance, Goa/Psy, Hardcore, Hardstyle, House, Techno, Trance, Ambient/Chill/Lo-Fi Beat/Breaks, Drum & Bass/Jungle, Dubstep/Chillstep, Hiphop/rap, Heavy metal/screamo, classic rock, piano, guitar, alternative.
Also I do not need noise cancellation (the shure's block out too much noise) but I do want comfort and value. Something that will last my money (~$150 usd)

I'd actually recommend the Turbine Pro Golds. I'm not positive if they'll isolate much less than the SE215s. That's kind of an inherent nature of an IEM. They'll also be a bit of a downgrade from the RE272.

The standard Turbines do isolate less than the SE215, so I assume the Gold will be similar.

I'll be you're translator for the day.

I think you should buy the new Apple Ear Pods. They're very good, fit well in your ear and have very good bass.
