Please read all that you need to know "!!AS WELL AS!!" The very last one at the bottom. It is very important!!

Where can I purchase a Jtag?
Well you can go to the Xbox 360 Marketplace tab and there are plenty for sale there and only buy them from the people with the "Trusted Seller" badge next to their name. Ill go ahead and post some links below {vvv} to really reliable sellers --
Seller in the UK: JTAG-GALORE's RGH Store {UK}
____________________________

Seller in the USA: -Mafia5K-'s RGH Store {USA}

What Is A Good Price?
It all depends on what your buying with the Jtag and what type of Jtag it is. With say a Xenon all by itself with nothing with it, it would probably be anywhere from $98-115. However, if you were buying something of better quality such as something like a Zephyr or a Falcon by itself would be about $129-159. All of the add-ons from LEDs to cords to HDDs will range anywhere from $7 to $80/100. Again it all depends on what you get, the quality, and who you buy it from!

What types are good/which are bad?
The Custom type Jtag's are probably the worst of the group but still work just fine for their quality/price. Next in line are Xenon's which are just a "LITTLE" bit better than custom types. After that you have a sort of a tie at the top between falcon's and zephyr's. The falcon's lead in quality and smoothness, but the zephyr's lead in speed and runtime. So you again get to another point of depends on the quality which is basically a simple answer to all these questions but i felt it better to elaborate and help out! I had a request to list a more varied type just for public knowledge: Xenon, Opus, Zephyr, Falcon, Jasper, Trinity, Corona.

Will I have to pay anything else after owning it for a little while?
It will basically cost you the same as I put in the first post. The only time you would spend more is if you broke it and needed it fixed, Got banned and needed a new KV, or there was an updated version of a reboot/freeboot released for its type that you needed to buy to upgrade yours!

About how long does a Jtag last?
Again the type of Jtag is the determining factor in this situation. In general, a greatly maintained and cleaned one will last you quite a long bit of years. In fact, an old Xenon I had lasted me around 2 3/4 years with terrible maintenance on it. Therefore, say a Zephyr with great maintenance would last you a LONG time! Now if your talking about an RGH it runs at a totally different speed therefore it'll last a different amount of time than a regular JTag.

What are all the tools I will need for a Jtag?
That is all you need basically is a Jtag. The only time you need something different would be power and AV cables, or if you wanted more space than the internal you'd need an HDD. Also, you'll have to have your computer with internet to download the patches obviously. Other than that everything should already work just fine as long as you have a brain

What are all the types of Jtags?
Well you will here them referred to as Jtag's and RGH's. As I said before there are Xenon's, Falcon's, Zephyr's, Custom Type's, Opus, Jasper, Trinity, Corona and a few more unlisted. However, The custom types and the ones that are unlisted aren't near as trustworthy as the others.

What can i do with a Jtag/RGH?
"Virtually" anything you want to on an xbox! You can host modded lobbies on basically any and every game {most popular on CoD games}. You can do things with your dashboard and xbox settings and well basically too much to explain as long as you know how. If you need an exact tutorial on how to do something just PM me or search it up and you'll find out easily either way!

Name all the Cons you can think of for a JTAG?
1. New, Unbanned KV's cost about $80.
2. On certain games if you use up your KV it "CAN" cost alot per/day to host.
3. They can sometimes be confusing and mess up.

Name all the Pros you can think of for a JTAG?
1. Very fun to use.
2. Totally worth any extra money spent if your KV gets banned.
3. Totally worth the money "IF!" you end up paying to host.
4. Totally worth the confusion or mess-ups that can be EASILY fixed.
5. Are a great addition to your gaming set-up!
6. Are, in the long run, a wonderful investment if your willing to use your time up and be patient!

Will i constantly be having to pay to fix it?
As long as you continue to maintain it in an orderly and clean fashion, this should occur very rarely. Also, just don't run it over the allowed run-time of your RGH. All of them differ and that question that just popped in your mind when you read ^^ that will be answered below!

Can my jtag get banned? and if so, is there a way to unban it?
Yes it can get banned by hosting online lobbies and getting caught by microsoft or that game developer's admin and them banning you. There are 2 ways of unbanning: The most common which is just purchasing a new unbanned KV. The other is an entire recoding of the Jtag and the KV!

Is it possible for microsoft to stop use of a Jtag permanently?
No, every Jtag can be unbanned by getting an unbanned KV because every new KV completely gives your Jtag a new Identity that is not familiar to Microsoft or its servers.

Is setting/fixing up a jtag xbox difficult?
As long as you are prepared and everything is correctly working, it shouldn't be too hard. Just make sure to message me, comment it, or look up any questions you have about setting it up. {If you comment it on here and its a good question I'll possibly add it to this list.

What is the software i need? and does it cost money?
The main thing you need is XeXMenu 1.1/1.2 to run the main Jtag functions. There are some patch making/changing/reviewing programs if you are interesting in coding your own stuff. A few recommended programs for that are: iHc Xbox360, .ffviewer, Tu7 DLL Creator, Visual Studio 2010/2008. Also to run a Jtag/RGH sometimes its good {Not required just helps} to have an Xbox360 Neighborhood/Development kit which costs money unless you get the download for it for free. {I can provide that if anyone needs it just PM me for it!}. and thats about it!

What is the definition of a Jtag?
It is a hard/software modified xbox 360 that runs codes and files that are unassigned and not run-able through a normal xbox and are un-accepted by microsoft's systems. It causes a bypass in them to allow those codes {mods} to smoothly run through it!

What does it mean to flash an xbox?
Every Jtagged xbox is flashed. It means that the disk tray block is either modified or removed so the disk tray will read burned, created and non-microsoft disks! There's a little more behind it but its basically a hardware mod that does that.

What is the definition of a KV?
It stands for KeyVault. There are many versions and styles of them but its basically the vault that contains the IDs and coding for your xbox and the jtag files. It also has the hash block info in it and if those say false or banned then it will shutdown/ban the KV.

How do I download a game to use on my Jtag?
There are 2 methods, One is for messed up disks/disk trays, the other, if everything is fully functional!
Method 1: If your disk tray wont read disks or your disk is too scratched to read, you'll need a USB or something of the sort with at least 6.5 GB free space and simply find a torrent site or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and download the full parts of the games Iso and then transfer the files to your Jtag's HDD.
Method 2: Insert your disk and go to the XexMenu. Select the button that says to burn dvd/games or whatever your's says. Then just wait for it to install and your done! If it doesn't fully install all files after 2 tries, then you'll probably have to do Method 1.

Extra Info {Important PLEASE READ!!}:
If you have any questions about Jtag's to ask simply comment or PM it to me and if it's a good question I'll add it to this list. Also, Please continue to post stuff telling me anything bad/good about this to first of all help me help you and second to keep this topic alive and ontop so i can help the community as MUCH as possible! Thank you all and hope I was of help and did something for you'all.

When I talk about a "Custom Type Jtag" They obviously still use the same Motherboards (Xenon, Falcon, Etc.) But some people use their own custom coding, programs and options when making the Jtag which plays a large role in the quality!

I was wondering the same thing...

He didn't even mention EVERY type.

Xenon, Zephyr, Opus, Falcon, Jasper, Trinity, Corona...

All can be jtagged or RGH'd.
