So I thought deleting Cydia would unjailbreak my Iphone 4 (running on ios 5.0.1) but I was wrong . So now iTunes wont let me restore my phone without updating it and every time I try to update it it says an error half way through the update. So I need someone to tell me how to restore it without updating, or re-download Cydia. Just PM me or comment if you have any idea how to help.

Re-jailbreak your iPhone. That will re-install cydia but you will need to add your sources and items again.

if you don't want a jailbroken iphone just update. Or just google search "how to jailbreak iPhone4 without updating." There are literally tons of tuts out there.
