Bascially, The internet on it has suddenly gone SUPER slow. When ever I go on GMoD, Minecraft or any game atall. I get very poor connection. Too the point were it's pretty much impossible to play. Anyone know anything I can do? I have phoned Sky. (My Internet provider and they don't know whats wrong with it) So, I'm guessing its a laptop problem? Also - The browser speed has slowed down aswell.
I hope someone can help.
Thanks -

run a speed test [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
take note of the dl speed the upl speed and the msping you are getting.
you can also check for rogue process/services in taskmanager and suspicious connections through command prompt with the netstat command and tracert.
also make sure you are fully updated on your system.

Well i have had a lot of problems recently with sky as there were cuts in the line in the south and also there was a fault on the phone line so give them a call and make sure the problem is not on the line or on there end, also try pluging a ethernet cable from the router to your laptop and test it the connection ok like that.It could just be that your to far away from the router and the signal is to weak.
