Considering you have been spamming the forums asking how to use your mods i do not see why you would make a modding clan when you know nothing about modding.

Its like starting a Quickscoping clan when you or your member's cant quickscope.

I suggest you check out my YouTube channel. It's just started but it provides a lot of infomation on how to hotswap and how to make your own GTA IV mods.
