Okay my second jtag just got error code 0102 what is the best, easiest and most reliable way to fix it?

It's pretty easy. I recommend Team Xecuter's fix. Easiest and most reliable fix I've used. You don't even have to drill<3

xclamp and thermal paste.
not that hard to do. Just need thermal paste, T9 and T10 screwdriver. i can link you to a post if you need me to on how to fix this

Once you have fixed adjust the fans by taking a backup of your nand then using 360 flash dump tool edit the config to adjust the fans to max and then flashing in the new image. This will increase the chances of it not going again.

yes i would like a link. But dude i already have fan mods in and my console is louder than anything i have ever heard
