Gladly wrote It doesn't matter. It's a game, really, get a life. Who cares if you have a magical ratio that most of the world won't see/give a crap about.

No need to be like that though is there. Maybe you need a life leaving a post like that.

Personally, I dont care what other people think of my ratio.
I, myself like to see it positive though just to know im doing well in the game.
I hate people that shove ratios in your face.
In my opinion, if you have a 1.00 you are fine in my book.

Although I have been wrecked by players with a negative K/D
And also, there are times i have had a negative ratio and wrecked kids.

it could go either way

Show me where it says that. There are about three reasons for a (ridiculously) high KD. You boosted, you spawn trap or you camp. I count running back and forth in a room camping, by the way. People with negative KDs are good too. It's a number.

K/D only determines how well, you do in a game. My K/D is only 1.36 but I always average about a 2.21 K/D every game. Mostly because when I got the game I hadn't played COD previously for the past about 6 months. Once I was able to play again, My K/D shot up and Now that I have several thousands kills its nearly impossible to change. So, no in my opinion K/D doesn't matter, DEPENDING on what level you are and time played. Sometimes they are true representations of how well someone does, and sometimes they don't.

Well whenever people get a game first they are going to suck. Then their kdr will be bad if they suck for a long time. It's just a video game so stop bein a b*tch,
you care about your kdr but I dont
you can get pissed rage quite but I won't
it's a game it's supposed to be fun
some being so dumb, and stop acting so young
on a quest to be the best, and to get to number 1
on the leaderboards but you never will son
and even if you do I ain't impressed with that
your ass is fat and you got a dumb*ss hat
if loose lips sink ships, then you'd sink the armada
talk so much sh*t your like a poop tostada.

k/d doesn't matter. I have a 1.25 k/d with over 1k positive and I don't care. it's a game

Kurumu wrote I consider myself to be a competitive cod player, I play for the win and for the most kills and lowest deaths. I spent some time getting my kd in black ops 1 up to a positive after being negative about 10,000 kills. Now on BO2 I hold a 2.07 and people say kd doesn't matter although the kids who say that suck ass at the game so my point is that kd does matter but kids who say it doesn't of course it won't to them because they suck balls at the game.

Competitive CoD Player: So let me guess your meaning of competitive cod player. Going into Public (Pubs) Matches and smashing kid's.

That is not a competitive cod player, that's a Pub stomp-er not that hard to do.

Competitive CoD Player: My meaning of Competitive CoD Player: Playing GB's, 360icons, LAN's, or Tournaments. Usually working with 3-4 people to beat the other team. So in GB's, 360icons your K/D isn't tracked. A competitive cod player doesn't mean you have a good K/D. You do what you have to do win as a team, yeah you could go 40-4 and if your not a team player your going to lose.

So competitive cod player eyes K/D does not matter. Competitive Players Need to have good gunskill, callouts, and being able to work with other to reach a common goal.

This man just completely whooped you. Good Job.
