I always use IMGBURN, I have never had a bad burn with it.

Your build with no OS is 64 bit compatible. WHY would you install a 32 bit OS? Where are you getting that it's 32 bit? DO NOT install a 32 bit OS on it. All it'll do is decrease your performance and restrict your RAM to a max of 4 gigs meaning that half of what you have will be useless.

I'm no good with computer internals and I don't know anything about them. Besides I linked him with the same windows file I used.
