Hey guys I have been attempting to jtag for about 3 weeks. I do not own a soldering iron but I am very technically smart, I own a USB, I opened my xbox, and I am willing to do anything to jtag this xbox. If anyone can please help I would like to have a skype video/chat/voice call and be assisted. I may pay if it's succesful. Please help, much appreciated.

You CANNOT Jtag an Xbox with a USB, period.

I know I am just saying I have the materials. I am prepared to open the xbox put the xexenu menu or whatever on. I do know you need a usb though. Not to do everything which I know.

Are you even on dashboard 7371 or lower? You can't JTAG it otherwise.
You can't yet RGH anything above 14179 I think it is or higher either.

Firstly, Are you aware you can only JTAG on a certain dashboard or lower. And that is the same if you want to RGH an xbox?
If you are aware and are on the correct firmware, then you can proceed.
Basically, here you need a soldering kit. I suggest googling 'Nand-x' and click the first one that comes up. It will give you a kit consisting of evrything you need, including the nand-x. Which is important.
If you say your technically smart, you should know the basics of what dash you need to be on
-Newcastle.
