Why do users have to give you rep? You are not deducted for giving rep so why not just use yours. Also your prizes are too big and with the rep cap on TTG it will take forever you pay out the winners. So are you just trying to get rep? If not you should edit the comp to smaller prizes and not ask for rep

The rep prize is shared out between everyone who has picked that team. Therefore alot of people pick one team the prize isnt as big
