I wanted a PC so I saved up 500 to get one, spent 400 on the computer and rest on Windows 7 and other things.

I got one custom built. So I got vegas, TF2 etc on my computer. But when rendering for like 5 minutes, my computer crashes? It does this every time. When playing games like Minecraft on full, after about 20 minutes, it crashes?
I have took it back 5 times since and problem hasn't been fixed. I have latest software and drivers etc.

My specs are:

AMD FX 4170 Quad Core Processor 4.2ghz.
8Gb RAM ( I have had RAM sticks replaced twice so I know its not them causing the crash )
AMD Radeon 6450 1GB (Upgrading soon, only needed a cheap one as I will keep upgrading)

Apart from the GFX Card, anybody have idea on what it could be? If you need anymore details on specs, post and I will reply. Thanks in advanced.

an fx chip at 4.2 ghz is probably your problem, if your using the standard cooler that came with it is definetly over heating, i would suggest a bigger heat sync
