Hey guys , im wondering if anyone knows whats wrong. Im running Windows 7 and certain programs wont open. For ex. i opened skype , iTunes and Mozilla but the programs i want to open are Cinema4D and Photoshop CS6 that just wont open. Ill click it , it'll show its loading and it just stops. ive tried running as administrator but that still wont work. Any help is appreciated !

Although the program might not be showing up make sure it doesn't have a process running.
Go to Task Manager, Processes, Check for Photoshop.exe, if there stop it, then try to run again

if the above method does not work
restart your PC, then when everything is loaded right click the shortcut and open file location, when in the Photoshop directory right click the Photoshop application and run as admin.


If those don't work either just reply to me.
