Im in these glitched lobbies and I rank up in the game. but once it ends nothing in the game counts. Can someone please help me.

You are going over the EXP cap. Make sure not to go over 15,000 score on TDM and gamemodes like that and also make sure not to go over 5,000 score when playing SnD.
