hey how do you give rep and gain rep.
I try to give it and I am told I have none to give but when I go on my account rep it says I can give it to 10 posters
so WTF is the deal with rep

Well as of now you don't have any rep. You have to post a lot to get a lot of rep. I have 8 rep and I have over 200 posts. And to give rep, look under the post and look for a scale-like object click on it and if you have rep you can choose how many points to give.

when you post more things your rep power goes up and you can give it or when people give you it your rep goes up the more you post the rep you get the more trusted and popular you get rep is what it says reputation

you never loose rep by giving it to someone else
