When i am in games people always say my mic is lagging or cutting in and out and i have no idea how to fix this... Can some give me trouble shooting steps on how to fix it it would be much appreciated i use turtle beach x11 on a usb 3.0 port

It's most likely your connection. Try resetting your router or make sure nothing's interfering with your wifi connection. If you are on a wired connection then make sure your cable is not frayed. If all of this failed then go to speedtest.net and test your connection. If it's low you may have to either buy new internet or call your provider.
