And also when you reach level 70 do you have to keep leaving the lobby?

Yes people that have paid have gone into our list for invites today when we start as the times state 2pm pst, 3pm mdt, 4pm cst, 5pm est, 10pm gmt or so =)

Once u are verified it is autolevel 70 so you back out and prestige and we'll reinv you (: and continue the process =D
