so ive been trying to jail break this crap for nearly 6 hours i have downloaded the right firm ware and redsn0w but after entering dfu mode it says please wait while your build is identified




waiting for reboot. it just stays on that then hardware update
wizard shows up then it says the hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software

when you go to jail brake and it takes you through the steps to enter dfu mode on the last step keep hold of you home button through out the process see if that helps

just tryed it just stays at rebooting phone and the hardware wizard comes up

It needs tow be on iOS 6.0.1 and you need iOS 6 firmware to trick red snow to think your on iOS 6 when your on 6.0.1
