some weapons are 32400 x 7 damage how do they do that?
Edit : I mean is it just the weapon parts or can you customize the weapon parts?

The parts won't give you that high of damage.
You need to do the gun strength mod,which can be found in the Borderlands Modding thread at the top of this page.

Yes they will. And the "gun strength mod" is just changing the quality. Guns like that are just the same overpowered part stacked several times.
