Personally, I think they are not worth it at all.
Just last night I was playing in a gold cup tournament with my Brazilian squad and went up against a guy who had players like TOTY Iniesta, TOTY Xabi Alonso, TOTY Sergio Ramos and one other TOTY players. As for the rest of the squad, it was composed of high-priced beasts across the board that I found out later into the match when he subbed some players, (subbed in TOTY Marcelo and TOTY Dani Alves).
Anyway, going into the match I nearly sh*t myself when I saw his team and set such a high bar, but I managed to beat him 4 - 2 in overtime. Without a doubt he was probably one of the best players I have went up against, and his team was remarkable. However, after winning I started to think about TOTY players and if they are even worth the money in the long run.

I just wanted to see how everyone else feels about these players/ any experiences.

To be honest if I had the coins I would buy them but I don't think that it's worth it.

I've won division 1 with ease with my 30k Bundesliga squad, so player prices don't always make the difference.

Some of them are, some are not.
Say Casillas and Falcao for me normal versions were terrible. TOTY are unstoppable so idk.

-Newcastle wrote Ramos and Alves are definately worth it, they are insane
Their standing tackles against me where beyond annoying.
No matter what skill move I used for the most part, they would end up intercepting the ball and passing to the midfield.
The one thing that they don't have that I do (in comparison) is pace.
