Okay, so I was just going through my Youtube account settings and noticed this;

Does this mean I'm partnered (after I verify)? Or is this just to apply for one?


Edit: I also noticed I can do Custom Thumbnails, I must be partnered. But I can't remember applying for one. How do I know who I'm partnered with

Technically yes with youtube but they won't give you branding options (banner)

Youtube has allowed this with everyone so they can claim there views.

no this is just to verify that you are going to monetize with youtube.

But how come I can have custom video thumbnails?

I know Youtube started handing out random partnerships etc, but they were suppose to have nothing apart from Monetizing. But like I said I get custom thumbnails, weird.

Well if you applied trough youtube for monitization then you are not a full partner this means you can monitize your videos and add costume thumb nails,but also go to your channel and click on edit channel and if you see stuff like banner height then yes you are a full partner.

they give custom thumbnails to everyone if you get like lots of subs or lots of views. Like you can have 1,000 subs and not be a partner and still get them

Cleared it up a bit, not a full partner (no banner etc). But i'm not worried about that anyway, I'll take custom thumbnails and Monitize. Thanks again.

I got this as-well everyone has it. I think its if you have over 1 k video views and like 15 subs.
