Basically, my friend wants to buy this PC, however i think it would be shit cause its from eBay and there is no good quality parts, but i don't know what effects ,if any that will have on the pc's performance when playing games and such. So. Can u tell me if this computer is bad, and why?

Oh hey man I can tell you if a computer is good with no information at all! I mean every PC on ebay is the same right? /sarcasm
Post the spec's -_-
EDIT: It's the spec's that show it's performance. The price doesn't show performance either, I mean Alienware are worth literally 40% less than they sell for.

It's not a gaming PC. It uses the motherboard's extremely weak integrated graphics.
AMD is not the way to go for gaming. Particularly Bulldozer.
The power supply is presumably a time-bomb.
The hard drive is presumably 5400 RPM. Not good for a boot drive.
This is why we build PCs.
