The headset

I'm not sure if it's possible to fix but, I'm going to explain what's wrong with it and hopefully someone can help.

The problem
While I'm in a party or game chat, the mic will just start making it's own sound. It sounds like it's plugging in and out. Sometimes, unplugging it and plugging it back in works but is only temporary for about 1 or 2 minutes.
Also, sometimes when people are talking, it sounds like the volume on my headset got lower. If you look back at the picture and look at the white thing... If I squeeze that, it sometimes helps but only temporarily.

If you can help, I can give you 50 +rep. If there's no fix in it, just let me know.

Thanks.

1.Never buy that cheap of a headset lol.
2.Try buying a new talkback cable.
3.If number 2 dont work. Try a new controller.
4.Contact turtlebeach or simply go to there online website.
