I'll go with Iphone 5, cause Android tend to be have less features than Iphone, but choice is yours to pick.

I would wait for the iPhone 6/5s or Galaxy S4 Honestly, they should be here in about 6-8 Months, if you're getting a new phone tomorrow I know that sounds a while to wait, but if you spend 200$ on an iPhone 5 now and then want the new one in a few months it's gonna cost an insane amount of money because you'll need to break your contract

I respect that, and its probably a good choice, but I cannot stand this HTC I have, it can't even have apps.

This is coming from a person thats had both, I didnt like the GS3, It got laggy after adding like 50 Contacts and 2GBS worth of songs, I Highly disliked it.

The iPhone 5 on the other hand hasnt given me a single issue yet and ive had it for about 3 weeks now. It good with Storage, It runs apps better and faster, has a MUCH better battery life. and just runs faster in general.

In my personal opinion I'm a apple guy and I have the Iphone 5 and its amazing, Iphones are the only phones I've owned.
