Hello, I have a few questions to you experienced LD's!

First of all to newbies

Lucid dreaming is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming that you can learn to control.

Now on to questions.

Does the Sleep-Paralysis method harm you or make you see trippy stuff? What is the exact method do do that method?

I am doing dream checks every once in a while. How long does it take to start doing it in my dreams?

I am working on a a dream object. What would be a good one?

If anyone could help a brother out rep might come into the situation.

sleep-paralysis is harmless it happens to everyone every night but in the case of a lucid dreamer the effects haven't warn off so you are still in the paralysis state.

Pretty much its like a safety mechanism for your body when you are sleeping to stop you from moving around to much.

I've found I can remember my dreams better when I write down what happened right when I wake up.. and now it's almost like i can control them.

How is it said subliminally all that was said was
(If anyone could help a brother out rep might come into the situation.)
All that this means is that whoever helps him might get rewarded with rep this isn't against the rules

Lucid dream is hard to do and does seem to take alot of practice. I say the closest ive gotten to do one by will was when i was listening to a Hemi Sync sound track which made me feel in the half awake and sleep state, but i didnt feel anything, i only heard the track in the background but it was out of this world.
