Well good luck man on losing them pounds im also on the heavy side, 140/150 maybe and im 5'11 but people may say that 140/150 isnt big but it is for me and people shouldnt judge you for your looks, looks have nothing to do with the way you act and stuff

When i was your age i was about 230 235 people would mae fun of me all the time i was short and fat. Now i stoped drinking as much soda and started working out and running i have lost a lot of weight im now 175 to 180 its been 3 years since i was over 200. So what ever you do keep with it dont stop and if your school has a weight lifting class try and join it thats what i did

Best of luck, for the love of God stick with it.
My opinion about it is, they didn't put the food in my mouth.
When I went out to get fast food, they couldn't really say no, or after school when I'd stop at the school.
I do not blame my weight upon my parents, as I have not made the wisest health decisions myself.
And I will stick to it, I'm wanting to show a message.
I appreciate the help, I truly do.
Also to everyone, I appreciate the support!
I will be adding my weight through out each day under a spoiler to watch for progress.
Today, I've drank nothing but water and have eaten loads of fruits.
Hoping for some progress.

Good luck with it bro. The important thing is to keep at it and never give up, no matter how hard it gets at times. It will all be worth it in the end when you can stand at laugh at the people who used to make fun of you

Also I suggest keeping a diary of what you eat looking online for diet plans. Make sure to not just eat fruit because that is unhealthy also, a balanced diet is vital so make sure to take in enough carbs and fats to give you energy otherwise you might become weak and sluggish. It sounds complicated but you'll soon get into a fixed plan and it will become a normal every-day routine

Good luck to you man. I am trying to get in shape right now as I have had heart problems as a infant and I am in remission for a serious disease. So the doctor said I basically need to stay fit for my health. I feel great and im still working to lose more. I was at 235 and now im at 215.
