Out of all four, the i3 3220 will be your best bet. The i7 870/930 are old architecture and old technology. In this case, new beats old (doesn't happen all the time). The i3 3220T is an i3 3220 with a lower rated max TDP, in other words it uses less power and has a lower clock speed. From what I've heard it just isn't the right route to buy these low power consumption CPUs just because their performance is hindered severely.

So final verdict, get the i3 3220! What does the rest of your build look like part-wise?

Any reason you're looking at 1366 CPUs? I'm pretty sure you can get them around the same price as the i3, but you'll have to get a quality X58 motherboard, aftermarket CPU cooler, and triple-channel RAM. I'm assuming you're looking in the sale section of a forum site because that's where you'll find people looking to sell off older kit like this. At the end of the day, a 1366 i7 should perform better than the i3. You'll have a lot more fun with an X58 setup as well.
