CAN you license transfer Black ops 2 season pass old xbox broke got new one but can i license transfer it because if not it was a waste of $50.00

Yes you can License Transfer the season pass. I believe the option is located in your account settings.

I believe you can download it again.

Look in your Account Settings > Download History > Black Ops 2 Season Pass.

You should be able to download it i believe.
