I found a website from someone, there actually pretty new and you basically play flash games and if you get the required highscore you get a steam account, you can also buy accounts if you don't have the patience. So far I won 1 account by getting 35k highscore on pacman and the account had MW2 on it. Pretty cool site and I vouch that they're legit. You could easily use cheat engine or something to get tons of accounts although I'm not risking it because I enjoy the site and they have some anticheat plugin.
