Tell you the truth Barrack Obama Main Goal was to get them out and give us free health care. Not LOWERING TAXES. There might be more violence and it might lead to the US. Maybe the Terriosts don't want us to leave so they might come up with a plan that will kill thousands of people like 9/11. To Try and get us back in the war.

Also Obama just stated that troops will be deployed upon voluntary decision which have already been filled, the troops will be there to help clean up Iraq of the mess everyone has left. The troops stationed are just the unlucky ones who aren't really fighting. They are just stuck in the base. SO they are stationed. Like anyone who is stationed anywhere.
