Im glad this happened, but then again im pissed, I joined the Army a few months back and when I graduate in May, Ill be leaving to do Basic Training. I really wanted to go, but he is still sending people to Afghanistan.

ahh... another teenage kid who takes all his information from the internet like me... but unlike me he is unable to tell the difference between the truth and the lies making him a vulnerable american and im not asying that as in "OMG were all gonna die because our government is against us" because thats not whats gonna happen but look at JFK a great president .... lincoln perhaps and our very own Roosevelt

Actually it was never their choice. There is something in the US where your name is taken for active duty when you are enrolled in school if you are a male. When you are 18 the individual governments have the right to call you and DEPLOY you into active duty without your choice. You have to go or serve jail time which is ridiculous but thats how it is. I am not flaming you, get off my topic if you cannot understand the facts and then contradict yourself and ask me not to flame you if i dont know the facts. Which i do as every male in my family has served in the US military since my great grandfathers father.

Teenage kids? LOL and the facts are straight from Yahoo via the LIVE FEED i was just watching on my very own HD TV with surround sound, so i could see and HEAR very clearly. So when you learn the facts come talk to me, i know more about the military than most people here, i will be doing active duty for stationary in the marines.
