Ok i downloaded it but it had common file in it... Is the common file with the speed cars an freeze cars drift cars an all dat???

If any of you guys know how to make an ISO disk, put XMC v4 menu on it, and i would buy it from you guys.. ( yes Pay-Pal )

I know how to make modded iso's... I just trying to see if the common/dlc is the modded file dat has the drift an freeze cars an fast cars cause I dnt like dat I just wanna drive reaguler but still have the modded script files...
