I was playing my Xbox when suddenly how electrical box blew up outside and it caused the inside outlets to burn out. There was a sudden pop, and smoke rose from the outlet. The brick was completely dead. I then went to GameStop to buy another , and it worked but when I pressed the power button on my Xbox I got 4 rings.. Is there a way to fix this? It would be highly appreciated. Thanks..

4 red rings usually deals with not having the power or av plugged all the way into your xbox.

Not trying to fight here, but that would only help over-heating and obviously that's not the case here.

Try a new power brick, but concluding his whole outlet exploded and there was smoke, you really really shorted something out. Thats will need to be fixed by a pro like i earlier stated ^

The power brick most likely took the fall, the xbox should be fine. 4 lights has to do with not being able to detect the av cable. Also give us a secondary error code.
