OK I dont know if anyone of you play yugioh or not but if you do you might be familiar with the YGOPRo DevPro program. Im trying to install it and when I go to run the setup I get this message everytime [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I have deleted it and re-installed it multiple times. Could anyone tell me why this message is popping up or what I can do to fix it.

Not sure what the program is, but try running as an administrator.

got that error before. You need to install the following

just downloaded them both , downloaded the setup again and still not working =/
