I'm sure you could find a used one for 300.
I won't do it for you, so just make sure it has all of the following:
-If AMD, make sure an A series.
-If Intel, make sure it has at least Intel Graphics 2000
-Windows 7 or 8, no vista or xp
-Nothing that has ever had issues in the past.

Out of the three, your best bet is the hp pavilion. Go with that one. It should get relatively high fps in minecraft.
