can someone please tell me how to get him? i know hes in a collection, just dont know what one

He is not in a collection, nor is he a reward for one.
When the BYU vs. Notre Dame game was played, MUT rewarded either team who won a card. (BYU- Steve Young) (ND- Joe Montana)
ND won, needless to say, and he got the card. He was in packs for like 6 hours maybe, then they took him out. That's how Joe Montana 2* is in the game.
