1) OPEN YOU GTA4 ISO THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOAD FROM A TORRENT SITE.
THEN OPEN IT AND YOU SHOULD 64 FILES THAT HAVE WIND RAR IMAGES.
GO ALL THE WAY DOWN AND YOU SHOULD SEE A WIND RAR FILE AT THE BUTTOM RIGHT CLICK ON IT AND CLICK ON EXTRACT HERE.

2) you will need the following programes. ABGX360,BACKUP CREATOR, AND IMG BURN.

3) use ABGX360 fist. This is how to set it up
* go to the OPTIONS TAB and check all the check
boxes that has a "i" smybol.(DO NOT CHECK "INCLUDE THE CSV")

* Then go to AutoFix and set (AutoFix Threshold to Level 3
Check all the check boxes that has a "i" smybol(DO NOT CHECK "Adjust SS v1 angle 359 for iXtreme V1.4

* Then load the ISO file NOT THE IMG file. Then click LAUNCH. And let it do it's thing.

4) Open xbox back up creator.

*Then go to image Tools

*Next click on Image Browser

*Once you click on Image Browser a box will open
Click on File at the top left of the box and open your
Iso file. Should be mark as (mvl-gtae.iso) then once that is done (RIGHT CLICK ON THE COMMON.RPF) Then replace with
a common.rpf that you have or download.

* Then go to the DLC1 FILE and replace it if you have one.(if you dont have a DLC1 FILE skip it and move to the DLC2.
Replace the DLC2 FILE that you have or download. once that is done click the "+" sign that is next to DL2, then the DLC should show up.
Click that "+" Right next to it a COMMON AND A XBOX360 file will show up with a "+" sign
next to them CLICK ON THE COMMON'S "+"SIGN. THE CLICK THE DATA"+"SIGN. Next click on (CDIMAGES) once you click on it you will see two script.img's Replace the script_network.img(ONLINE MODS) that you downloaded or have.
Replace the script.img if you have a one it is for (OFFLINE MODS.)
Then go to mvl-gtae.iso from the begining and Replace XBOX360.RPF(MAP MODS) IF YOU HAVE ONE. IF YOU DONT JUST CLOSE THE BOX.
Then you done.

5) Next after all that open IMAG BURN once it open's ( YOU HAVE TO HAVE A DL DVD BURN AND A DL-DVD+R 8.5GB) (YOU CAN NOT USE A DVD HAS TO BE DL-DVD+R 8.5GB)
*click on WRITE IMAGE FILE TO DISC.

*Click on Tools at the top of IMG BURN, Then go to setting, Another box will open,Then write.
At the top RIGHT OF THE BOX you will see-OPTIONS LAYER BREAK(FOR DL MEDIA)
Click on the circle that read's USER SPECIFIED (ENTER THIS FOR THE SECTORS IN L0: 1913760.

*Next make sure your files are set up right on the same tab that you just put the numbers in. look to the left and you will see
Boxes some are checked and some are not CHECK THESE BOXES
( Auto'Change Book Type'(*)
(DVD+R Finalise Disc(Minimal Radius) (*)
(BD-R Verify Not Required (*)
(Enable BURN-Proof)
(Lock Volume-Exclusive Access)
(Ignore Mounted File System Drivers)
(Cycle Tray Before Verify)
(Verify Against Image File)
(Never Delete Audio Files)
THEN YOUR DONE WITH THAT, CLICK THE "X" ON THE TOP

*NEXT When you have close that box, Your ImgBurn should show up like you did from the begining.
Load up the IMG FILE FOR GTA4 EFLC
Look at the buttom of the page and see if VERIFY IS CHECKED IF NOT DONT WORRY ABOUT IT.
Look to see what your DL-DVD DRIVE SPEED IS AND WHAT IT SUPPORTS.(DO NOT CLOSE IMG BURN)
Then after you have finish that go back to IMGBURN and the go to write speed: and set your speed to 2.5x or 4x. Your disk drive has to support one of them if not your S-O-L
