I have much experience in being police and running clans but im not able to run one just for the fact of it takes alot of time to run one and i dont have enough time to run one. I am a modder so i am able to spawn cars and other stuff for your clan. Also i have just recently acquired an HD PVR so i am able to livestream and also record videos for the clan.
