Bought a 360 rgh from the marketplace forum. Every now and then when I play a game via the pal region I get a password prompt saying content blocked. I'll take out my usb drive and that setting is still there. Any idea on how to remove it? I must be set in the flash somewhere.

It will, as long as you set 'nomobile=true' in xebuild settings if RGH or jtag.
Try this first:
Try the obvious passwords i.e( xxxx, yyyy, xyxy, ltltltlt.... etc.
If no luck, try following:
Start by going to the SYSTEM tab and select CONSOLE SETTINGS. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and select SYSTEM INFO. When you open up this screen, just hit these buttons in this order:
LEFT TRIGGER, RIGHT TRIGGER, X, Y, LEFT BUMPER, RIGHT BUMPER
I called tech support and the above is correct but incomplete. She had us take the harddrive off turn console off and turn it back on then follow above instructions then press:
LEFT TRIGGER, RIGHT TRIGGER, X, Y, LEFT BUMPER, RIGHT BUMPER,... X,X, UP, DOWN. Then it went to a yes or no question asking to reset factory settings. Choose yes.
