By overclocking the gpu, assuming you do it correctly and safely, you should get a solid 7-15 fps increase

I also want to know about my processor alot of people say its good but i can barley run arma 2 with 20 fps. and I've overclocked my card quite a bit

Your processor is a bit outdated. You might be getting a bottleneck from it. I'd recommend upgrading to at least an i3 and a new motherboard.

I plan on getting a i5 3570 3.4GHz quad core so that should be nice. do you know of a cheap motherboard that's compatible?
