usually about 10am-2pm, every year its been between there

From my experience i was able to download it around 12am Central European Time, Because of Call of Duty servers overload. Hopefully they got more and better servers this time.

Edit: I meant 12am not 12pm, changed it there ^^

Only if you are really fast, you can download it at 10am. 5 minutes later servers usually overload. And Treyarch also failed one time with their DLC from Black Ops 1, there were some countries that were unable to download the DLC. The issue was resolved within a few hours.

For people that are in EST (Eastern Standard Time) It will come out at 5:00am so might as well sleep and wait till' morning I know I'm downloading mine before I head to school
