I currently use Torrent for all my pirating needs (Jdownloader for games). I used to use Vuse, but realized Torrent showed better results in downloading.

Software's very unlikely to affect your hardware, but of course you need to play it safe. Keep everything up to date, have [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] running, and use free alternatives to software instead of "pirating" them when possible.
