David Vonderhaar Tweeted 30 minutes ago showing a picture of him (or someone) being able to download the map pack with a code. They most likely gave codes to some people they know.

It's mostly people that got early codes for it. I was just in a game with someone who had them and he said he got his from "Fanta" whoever that is. It's mostly the "hardcore" or pro gamers that got it. Someone posted a pic on twitter eariler thanking David Vonderhaar for the code.
