when a game or add on is released, It's not released to specific provinces/states because of their time zones. It's released to the whole country at one time.
What would be the point of each province/state getting it prior of their time zones.

I'm saying he didn't specify where in Canada he is. So if I gave him the Eastern time, and he lived in the west of Canada, it would be the wrong time.

Thought you meant the add on being released to each timezone specifically at one time before another, But he hasn't given his time zone... Gotcha
