i downloaded the map pack and it started downloading fine but now its stuck at 28%and im at the dashboard and i have tried to cancel it and redownload it but nothing has happened its still at 28% please help

Go to your settings, and turn auto downloads on. What this does is it keeps downloading when your xbox is turned off and this may fix your problem.
