No, you don't have to get the peacekeeper gold. But if you want dimond peacekeeper you have to get all smgs gold and then the peacekeeper gold.

No. The Peacekeeper is separate from the other weapons. David Vonderhaar said to get diamond on the peacekeeper, all you have to do is get the original SMG's gold + the Peacekeeper.
