I've started my download at 2:30PM today and now it's 7:11PM and it's at only 63% -.-
It seems to be really slow downloading, is this just me or has this been happening to anyone else?

Try stopping the download and starting it again.

It depends on your Internet speed, you could have slow connection.

If you have a season pass that's why. It takes longer for season pass holders to download it -_-
