Does anyone know a way for me to get a vcc(virtual credit card) to activate my paypal account which I have money on? Thank you.

idk if there such a thing as vcc and i dont think you can use it to activeate you paypal account :banned:

Usually you have to pay or wait a few days. Search youtube, they have tons of tutorials.

I have no problem with the wait, its just all these surveys and virus detection popping up on my PC.
