You got jugg. If it was phd flopper you wouldn't be delt any damage at all. Your losing health when you shoot the ground so it would have to be jugg.

I don't know how to get PhD Flopper but i know where the PhD Flopper machine is
(When you start the game there is that huge elevator get all players to it then it falls down after about 30 secs) Right before it is at the bottom of elevator shaft you should see PhD Flopper machine
it is there believe me i've checked it on Theater mode

if it was ph flopper you would have not gotten hurt at all when you shoot the mustang
