Fisrt off: Getting to the roof
Fall down the first main elevator at the beginning, get to where you can jump from the first building to the second, open power, wait for a perk elevator to get below you so you can jump on top of it and then ride it to the top floor, there are usually two exit doors near the top, take the highest one to get to the roof(obvious right?), if you stay at the top to long the elevator can crush you.
Navcard Table
-Next to radio tower, elevator level.
Go to the roof, find the big dragon light with the collapsed rail under it. Under the slanted rail up against the wall is the spot to build the Table.
Some piece locations
-Roof(all pieces we've found so far have been on the roof, technically two buildings, the first and upside-down are the same building, then there is the one with the roof.)
Plank
We found the plank next to the navcard table location, almost 3 feet away.
Radio
Looking away from the table, facing the small collapsed section of the roof that serves as a walkway, on the back right corner(still on the roof) is where we found the
radio.
Moon Rock
The moon rock was located on the level directly beneath the highest radio tower level. follow the metal railed path next to the dragon and above the navcard table all the way up to the highest level, you will be within pissing distance of the actual tower. While on that level there will be a hole in the rail that allows you to drop down to a medium sized walkway that goes around a small building. The moon rock should be near where you land after jumping off the top radio tower level.
Switch
Continuing from the moon rock location above, follow the medium sized ledge all the way to the end, before jumping off you should see a single elevator in front, and a cliff to the left. If so, jump down and walk directly to the right. You will see a golden symbol(lion thing) on the ground near a boarded up window. The Switch should be near that symbol.
ALL LOCATIONS ARE JUST WHAT WE'VE FOUND
I am sure there are different locations were the pieces may be found, will update if we find any more locations.

The Die Rise navcard is located on a small display table.
To get to the display table, exit the spawn using the double doors, walk down the escalator in front of the quick revive elevator, after reaching the bottom of the escalator turn right and go to the room with an elevator. In front of the elevator are two display cases, on has the white die rise nav card on it.
If you still have the Tranzit navcard then build the navcard table and insert the tranzit navcard into the table before picking up the new navcard.
The use of the navcard is mostly unknown, more will probably known on the maps to come when future navcard tables accessable. Possibly leading back to tranzit.
